Family sessions are 1 hour sessions that can be done in a natural light location or your home. You will receive a custom online gallery for viewing and sharing your images, as well as 20 high resolution digital downloads. Includes immediate family only.
Extended family sessions are family sessions that include grandparents, aunts & uncles, or multiple family groups within the same extended family. These sessions last up to 2 hours, and include a custom gallery and 30 digital downloads.
Select mini sessions will be offered seasonally and will fill up quickly! Mini-sessions are petite portrait sessions that give you a taste of the full portrait experience. They include a 15 minute session, and 5 digital downloads.
I love capturing candid moments with families - like playing, laughing, and walking together. I tend to lean towards natural light & lifestyle photography, but offer some posed options for families as well. If you're looking for something specific - just let me know!
Yes! Absolutely! Professional prints, gorgeous wall art, custom stationary, and heirloom albums can all be purchased quickly and easily through your online gallery. You can also purchase any additional image downloads you would like.
100% of session fees and any funds raised through Lagniappe Photography print sales will go directly to support our adoption costs. We are SO grateful for your support!
I give a timeframe of about 2 weeks after your session to deliver your full gallery. I always aim to have your lovely memories to you as quickly as possible - I know it's hard waiting to see them!! I also love to give clients a little "sneak peek" to tide them over until the full gallery is ready.
As of now, we are only accepting a very limited amount of sessions & mini-sessions, so be sure to book your session as soon in advance as possible! I am now booking family sessions for fall 2024 through summer 2025.
Choose clothing that reflects your family's personality! My absolute favorite is a more neutral palette that allows the expressions and personalities themselves to shine, and blends in well with any background or lighting scenario. Things to avoid: baseball caps (or other things that cast shadows on faces), distracting patterns, brands/logos. Subtle details & textures are great! Overall - go for coordinating your family, rather than matching.
